Welcome to Tee Sheet, a service provided by Common Golf LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using TeeSheet, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of Service

• Tee Sheet allows golfers to create, book, and organize tee times.

• You agree to use Tee Sheet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Tee Sheet.

• By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Booking & Payments

• Tee Sheet may facilitate tee time reservations. Availability and pricing are subject to participating courses.

• Payments, refunds, and cancellations may be subject to the policies of the golf course.

4. User Content & Feedback

• You may submit feedback, suggestions, or reviews. By doing so, you grant Common Golf LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve our services.

• You agree not to upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Tee Sheet is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about availability, reliability, or accuracy.

• To the maximum extent allowed by law, Common Golf LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of Tee Sheet.

6. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the “Effective Date” above.
